Which, in the Italian context, are becoming increasingly popular. <\/span><\/p>\n

These are <\/span>routes in stages to be traveled by bike or e-bike<\/b> – for those who prefer assisted pedaling-that promote both sustainable mobility and rural tourism, and <\/span>that allow you to immerse yourself in our countryside to enjoy local agricultural production up close. <\/b>Here are some of the bike trails in our regions.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Trentino-Alto Adige<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Trentino-South Tyrol is famous for its orchards and vineyards. <\/span>The bike paths that wind through the valleys of the Adige and Isarco rivers. <\/b>allow you to explore the alpine region, passing through <\/span>traditional farms and<\/b> tasting local products, such as<\/span> apples, wines and speck.<\/b> In particular, we mention <\/span>the Venosta Valley<\/b>, which follows the course of the Adige River, <\/span>and Valsugana,<\/b> which follows the Brenta River through<\/span> countryside, orchards and small villages<\/b>, and reaching as far as Bassano del Grappa, Veneto; <\/span>the Primiero cycle path<\/b>, the route of which allows you to explore the villages in the area and appreciate the local crops, which consist of small fruits (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and currants), aromatic and medicinal plants; <\/span>the Lakes trail<\/b>, which follows the Sarca River and meets rows of vineyards and orchards; <\/span>the track of the Val di Non<\/b>, which flanks apple orchards and meadows.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Piedmont<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Last year. <\/span>in Piedmont, specifically in the Pinerolo area<\/b> – territory that has repeatedly hosted the Giro d’Italia, famous by the name of “pink race” – <\/span>are <\/b>born<\/b> the “pink cycle routes”<\/b>. This is a system of trails, dedicated to female travelers but not only, that the Pinerolo and Valleys Tourist Consortium has designed <\/span>to promote rural tourism and local traditions in the mountain area.<\/b> The trails, which can be traveled by mountain bike and e-bike, pass through <\/span>valleys, ridges, mule tracks and small villages<\/b>, and count on the cooperation of several accommodation facilities, which offer services related to catering, wellness and sports.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Emilia-Romagna<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In Emilia-Romagna, a largely flat region and therefore morphologically very favorable for cycling, there is <\/span>the Po River Cycle Path<\/b>, which, as the name suggests, follows the longest river in Italy. On the way, we encounter <\/span>wide expanses of cultivated fields<\/b>, which offer the opportunity to <\/span>discover the agricultural traditions of both Emilia and Romagna, both famous for delicious products.<\/b> In addition, <\/span>in the suburbs of Reggio Emilia<\/b>, which is particularly agricultural, citizenship has given rise to <\/span>“Rural Connections”<\/b>, a network of bicycle routes alternative<\/b> to official urban ones that allows both greater territorial connection and the enjoyment of a rural landscape that deserves to be enhanced.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

But those described so far are just a few of the countless rural cycling trails that crisscross our regions<\/b>: such as, for example, the Trabocchi Bike Path in Abruzzo; the routes among the Envers orchards from Pollein in Valle d’Aosta; the Adriatic Bike Path, which connects Marche, Abruzzo and Puglia; the Euganean Hills Bike Path in Veneto; the Mantua-Sabbioneta Bike Path in Lombardy; and the Lake Garda Bike Path. <\/span>All that’s left is to strap on our two-wheeled steeds and regret the wonder of the Italian countryside.<\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
